I’ve been wanting to do a comparison for a while. The photo on the left was taken before I ever started lifting weights or performing aerial (the costume was for The Rocky Horror Picture Show).

The photo in the middle was probably a year or so later; at this point, I had been performing a bit, but was not yet weight lifting (tummy is tighter, arms and shoulders a little larger).

The photo on the right is from December 2012; performing and lifting for several years (can’t see them, but I have visible abs at this point, bicep, shoulders, lats, and traps have gained a lot of mass). The tattoo artist that did my sleeve always poked fun at me because my arms were so scrawny. He joked if I ever started bulking up, the pirates would be fucked.

The pirates are now fucked.

Working on a new choreography.  It’s rough, but this is the first time I’ve worked through it and I had already been in the studio for two hours at this point.  I’m so tired, but it’s a good start.
