I know there are some law enforcement and military guys that follow me on here.  I’m leading a free training session in Forsyth Park, Savannah, Georgia just for law enforcement guys and gals.  

You know how much I love those uniforms.  Especially when they fit.  Follow the link for details.  Bring your asses out and let me beat the shit sweat out of you for an hour.

Savannah peeps!  These kitties need help.  Owners have been dumping them in this area and they need medical attention and the good ol’ snip-snip.  There’s over one hundred cats and the population is growing.  Please share this video so that maybe they can get the help they need!

New Year’s Eve

We did aerial silks in Forsyth Park last NYE and we’re going to be out there again tomorrow.  It may be a new tradition!
